I have a past due balance and it’s from the first year. All on them I’ve seen improvements since Renew purchased the apartment. Maintenance has been great Office personal has been great. I would like to suggest to have the property cleaned atleast twice in a week as some places we still see the dust. Also pet owners should take care of their pets leash.

It is a very homey atmosphere for an apartment complex and the apartments themselves are beautiful, updated and spacious.

We recently our lease even though we had other options but the amenities , the location , the staff made us renew for another year.
